Groothandel Claessens zoekt een gedreven dispatcher in opleiding. Je leert stap voor stap de dagelijkse planning, werkt nauw samen met chauffeurs en collega’s en ontwikkelt je vaardigheden in transportplanning en routebewaking.

Tijdens de opleiding rijd je mee met onze chauffeurs en leer je onze routes, klanten en regio’s kennen. Je groeit toe naar zelfstandige dispatcher met verantwoordelijkheid.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport or logistics.
• Interest in planning and developing skills in this area.
• Eager to learn and grow as a Dispatcher.
• Well organized and accurate in work.
• Communicative, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lisa and/or PTV is an advantage.
• During training you accompany drivers on the road.
• You will learn routes, customers, regions and deliveries in practice.

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in transport or logistics.
• You are interested in planning and want to develop your skills in this area.
• Experience in dispatch or transport planning is a plus, but not required.
• You are eager to learn and motivated to develop your skills as a Dispatcher.
• You are well organised and work accurately.
• You are communicative, proactive and solution-oriented.
• You enjoy working together with drivers and colleagues.
• Early working hours are not a problem for you.
• You speak Dutch fluently; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics systems such as Lisa and PTV is an advantage.
• During your training period, you will accompany our drivers on the road.
• You will get to know our different routes, customers, regions and deliveries in practice.
• You will gradually become familiar with our dispatch operations and daily planning.
• You will support the dispatchers in preparing and following up on the planning.
• You will learn how to monitor routes and drivers and deal with changes and unexpected situations.
• As your knowledge and experience grow, you will gradually take on more independence and responsibility within the dispatch team.
• You will work closely with drivers and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the daily transport planning.
• You will receive step-by-step training with the goal of growing into a fully-fledged Dispatcher.
