HG architectuur - Architect Heidi Gadeyne is seeking an assistant-architect to help develop plans from concept through permits, execution and detailing. You will provide technical support and handle administrative tasks as you grow with the practice.

The role involves collaboration with the architect and project teams, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and contribute to multiple ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Assistant-architectural training or equivalent by experience.
• Technically precise, independent and structured.
• Experience with drawing programs is a must (Autocad, SketchUp...).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Responsabilités

• Your job mainly involves developing plans (concept, permit, execution & details).
• After onboarding: technical support for ongoing projects.
• Administrative support, client contact and preparation of measurement statements and other administration.
• Possible support during site visits.
• In short, you can grow to the right-hand of the architect with a passion for architecture and the ability to grow with the office.
• Close collaboration should not scare you.

Je job bestaat vooral voor het uitwerken van plannen (voorontwerp, omgevingsvergunning, uitvoering & details)

Na inwerking:

• Technische ondersteuning van lopende projecten.
• Administratieve ondersteuning, klanten contacten en opmaken van meetstaten en overige administratie.
• Eventueel ondersteuning bij werfbezoeken.
• Kortom je kan doorgroeien tot de rechterhand van de architect met passie voor architectuur en mogelijkheid om mee te groeien met het kantoor.

Profiel

• Opleiding assistent - architectuur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• Technisch nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd
• Ervaring met tekenprogramma’s is een must. (Autocad, sketch up,...)
• Kennis van microsoft (word, excel, outlook, enz..)
