Dezeure is seeking an Assistent Teamleader Montage to blend technical expertise with leadership potential on the production floor. You will help assemble trailers, ensuring exact technical detail and driving collaborative teamwork for high-quality machinery.

Gain a clear path to a leadership role as you coach sub-teams and collaborate with the teamleader, while maintaining hands-on involvement and strong production discipline.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in elektromechanica with hands-on experience.
• Strong mechanical and electromechanical knowledge.
• Leadership ambitions or drive to grow into a leadership role.
• Hands-on mindset with front-line presence on the shop floor.
• Fluent Dutch spoken; basic English and French useful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic components.
• Connect PLC systems and LS cabinets.
• Draft technical diagrams with engineering.
• Read and test programs and perform functional tests.
• Ensure quality of finished trailers.
