Levi Strauss & Co. in Leuven, Belgium, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to drive store operations and brand execution.

You will lead the team, set daily/weekly targets, monitor KPIs, ensure cost controls, stock and payroll, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role offers a dynamic work environment, denim heritage, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team with a focus on KPI delivery.
• Strong customer service skills and coaching ability.
• Proven ability to manage store operations including stock and admin.
• Motivate and develop teams to exceed KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager in delivering KPI’s and profit opportunities.
• Provide daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Monitor KPIs and report on action plans to improve performance.
• Control costs and store operations such as stock, payroll, admin and rotas.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training and coaching.
• Take on store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
