TRIXXO Lommel seeks an enthusiastic Assistant branch manager to support daily operations at the tire center. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating appointments, service and tire sales.

You will prepare quotes, discuss them with customers, ensure accurate and timely invoicing, place orders, and maintain central system administration. You report to the Branch Manager and cover part of their responsibilities during their absence.

Qualifications

• Support daily branch operations and administration.
• Assist in pricing and sales support processes.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers for appointments, service and tire sales.
• Prepare quotes and discuss them with customers; ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Place orders and maintain administration in the central system.
• Report to Branch Manager and cover responsibilities during absence.
• Work every other Saturday morning as part of the schedule.
• Help each customer get back on the road quickly and safely.

Voor een groeiende bandencentrale zijn we bij TRIXXO op zoek naar een enthousiaste Assistant branch manager te Lommel

Wat ga je doen?

• Hou je van afwisseling? Dit is joùw job!
• De bandencentrale is je vaste werkplek.
• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten: voor afspraken, service en verkoop van banden.
• Je maakt prijsoffertes op, bespreekt die met de klant, je zorgt voor correcte en tijdige facturatie.
• Je plaatst bestellingen en zorgt voor correcte administratie in het centraal systeem.
• Je rapporteert aan de Branch Manager, je bent zijn/haar rechterhand voor de organisatie van het filiaal en neemt een deel van zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheden over bij diens afwezigheid.
• Je werkt om de week op zaterdagvoormiddag.
• Elke klant weer vlot en veilig op (de) weg helpen, daar haal je je trots en voldoening uit.
