UCB is seeking an Asset Project Manager to drive complex drug development programs from planning through execution in Brussels. You will oversee activities across medical, market access and stakeholder workstreams, aligning with strategic objectives, timelines and budgets.

In a hybrid-first environment, you will lead cross-functional teams, translating strategies into actionable plans, managing risks, and delivering value for patients worldwide with a collaborative, international culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of project management experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
  • Experience supporting drug development across clinical, regulatory or pre-launch.
  • Strong stakeholder management in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance risks and drive projects to completion.
  • Experience with global, culturally diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
  • PM certification or training is an advantage.

We are looking for an Asset Project Manager who is collaborative, strategic, and results-driven to join us in our Integrated Program Management team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About The Role

As an Asset Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving complex drug development programs from planning through execution. You will oversee critical project activities across medical, market access and stakeholder workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines and budgets.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help translate program strategies into actionable plans, provide clear project visibility, manage risks and opportunities, and support informed decision-making. Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that partners with experts across drug development, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, manufacturing, safety and commercial functions.

The Integrated Program Management team enables effective planning and execution across complex development programs. You will collaborate closely with program leaders, subject matter experts and global stakeholders to align priorities, facilitate decision-making and ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives. The team values transparency, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives contribute to better outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical or related field; advanced degree preferred.
