Jobat zoekt een gemotiveerde montagemedewerker voor een tweeshift omgeving. Je start met een intensief trainingsprogramma en leert diverse montagemethoden om door te groeien tot specialist.

Je werkt aan productieprocessen voor zitoplossingen en stoelen, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. De functie vereist technisch inzicht en bereidheid om hands-on te werken, met mogelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de ploeg.

Qualifications

• Een technische achtergrond is een plus, maar niet verplicht.
• Eerste montage-ervaring is gewenst.
• Goede kennis van Nederlands of Engels.

Responsabilités

• Montagedeeltjes voor stoelen en autostoelen volgens technische instructies samenstellen.
• Kussenhoezen met stof of leer bevestigen.
• Visuele kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op eindproducten.
• Fouten of afwijkingen identificeren en melden.

Wat ga je doen?

Are you technically inclined and eager to work in a dynamic production environment where you can continuously develop yourself? Then this position as an assembly worker in a 2-shift system might be something for you!

Your role

As an assembly worker, you play an important role in the production process of seating solutions, such as chairs for, among others, De Lijn. You will start with an intensive training program where you will get familiar with various assembly techniques. This way, you build the knowledge and skills to grow into a true specialist.

Responsibilities

• Assembling parts for car seats according to technical instructions
• Covering cushions with fabric or leather
• Performing visual quality checks on finished products
• Identifying and reporting errors or deviations

Wie ben jij?

• You have technical insight, from your school background, previous work experiences, or from a technical hobby.
• You can handle the heat well, as you'll be working in a warm environment.
• You're eager to learn and ready to get your hands dirty.

Opleiding

A technical education is a plus, but not required.

Vakkennis

You have some initial experience in assembly.

Talenkennis

You have a good knowledge of Dutch or a good knowledge of English. Either one is enough!
