Victrix Legion seeks an experienced professional to support NATO security policy initiatives, with emphasis on Personnel Security (PS) pillars. You will engage with NATO member nations' NSAs and coordinate PSC initiation, transfers, renewals, and revocations.

Strong written English and the ability to brief diverse audiences are essential. This role is on-premises in Belgium, requiring clear communication and cross-functional collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in NATO Security Policy, Personnel Security pillar.
• Experience interacting with NATO member nations' NSAs.
• Knowledge about initiation, transfer, renewal and revocation of PSCs.
• Strong English writing skills and ability to brief work in English to a diverse audience.
