Pfizer Belgium is seeking a senior professional to oversee archiving completeness and transport document compliance for Global Logistics. The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and aligning activities with regulatory requirements (EU GDP/GMP, FDA, etc.).

The incumbent will leverage digital tools and AI to enhance processes and ensure timely, compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Administration or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in transport or supply chain operations within pharma.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure archiving completeness for commercial, transport and customs documents.
• Design and govern transport document compliance checks.
• Coordinate with Digital and external partners to leverage new technologies (AI).
• Manage KPI reporting and stakeholder communications on archiving and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across archiving and transport documentation processes.
