VA, a leading architecture, design and planning firm, is seeking an experienced senior interior design project manager. You will oversee all project phases from setup through occupancy, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with sub-consultants and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, client relationship management, and adherence to contracts and codes, with Revit as a bonus.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of related experience in interior design projects across Office, Residential/Mixed Use, or Hospitality.
• Accredited degree in Architecture / Interior Design required.
• Experience with entire project lifecycle up to occupancy.
• Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams.
• Experience negotiating project scope and fees.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards and statutory compliances.
• Proven fiscal accountability on projects.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills.
• Revit skills will be a bonus.
• Must maintain and grow client relationships.

Your Qualifications

• 8-10 years of related experience in interior design projects in one or more of the following typologies: Office, Residential/Mixed Use, Hospitality
• Accredited degree in Architecture / Interior Design required
• Experience with the entire project lifecycle up to occupancy
• Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams
• Experience negotiating project scope and fees
• Knowledge of building codes, standards and statutory compliances
