GlaxoSmithKline in Belgium invites motivated students to join the Apprentice Program focused on sustainability and supply chain analytics. You will be enrolled in a mandatory work-linked Master in Production Management, based with a local Educational Establishment, and contribute to real projects in emissions reporting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a work-linked (alternance) Master in Production Management in Belgium.
• French and good English (oral and written) required.
• Knowledge of supply chain and transportation processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Apprenticeship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, with agreement between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

Responsabilités

• Support the preparation and maintenance of monthly CO2 emissions dashboards and presentations.
• Analyze transportation emissions data from various logistics service providers.
• Identify data quality gaps and opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Develop performance indicators and visualization tools to facilitate management decision-making.
• Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders and logistics partners regarding emission reporting and reduction opportunities.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance CO2 reporting efficiency and governance.
• Air-to-Sea Conversion Project: analyze air shipments for sea freight conversion and assess lead times, inventory impacts, and feasibility.
• Assist in developing roadmaps, reports, and management presentations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
• Perform data extraction, analysis, and interpretation.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Sustainability teams.
