Qualifications

• Enrolled in a mandatory apprenticeship Master's degree in Digital Transformation or Business Analysis in Belgium.
• Fluent in French or English (both is a plus).
• Coding in Python; knowledge of Copilot Studio, Claude and Agentic programming.
• Strong interest in operations and performance management.
• Excellent Excel; Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Structured, organized and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the roadmap to increase the digital performance of the shopfloor via an argentic approach.
• Support daily production monitoring (output, efficiency, deviations).
• Analyze performance indicators (OEE, yield, line efficiency).
• Help identify improvement opportunities on packaging lines.
• Support implementation of operational improvement projects.
• Assist in planning and coordination of production activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support deviation tracking and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
