Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for an ANPR technology project aimed at enhancing road safety. The role will be on client site, representing Keystone Solutions, with hybrid office presence in Belgium.

You will lead the ANPR team, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and collaborate with IT architects, developers, and business analysts to drive the program forward.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects with hands-on governance.
• Proficient with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and knowledge management.
• Experience in the public sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French with good passive knowledge of the other language.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects within the ANPR team and ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to timelines and budgets, facilitating correct implementation of initiatives.
• Adjust planning as needed and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans aligned with priorities and capacities, collaborating with business analysts.
• Create a vision and roadmap for traffic-related projects and translate it into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain relationships with internal IT architects and software engineers.
• Support change management and guide developers and analysts as needed.
• Document knowledge transfer and swiftly adapt to changing priorities.
