PwC Belgium is seeking an Anaplan Model Builder for our Advisory line, Senior Associate level. You will translate CFO agendas into concrete user stories and build finance apps across consolidation, planning, budgeting and forecasting.

You will train end users and support UAT while onboarding model builders. We expect a university degree in business/economics/computer science, hands-on Anaplan experience, and familiarity with BI/analytics tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science.
• Anaplan certification (Model Builder L2) is considered for this role.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan and other EPM/BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements and translate them into concrete user stories.
• Develop Anaplan finance apps for consolidation, costing, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Train client end users and support UAT.
• Onboard client’s model builders and prepare training materials.

Your impact

As an Anaplan Model Builder, you’ll make an impact by:

• Demonstrating a keen interest in CFOs’ agendas and how they’re impacted by current trends in technology and the global economy
• Gathering requirements and translating them into concrete user stories
• Developing (Anaplan) finance apps in different areas including consolidation, costing, planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Training client end users and support them during UAT
• Supporting on onboarding the client’s model builders and preparing training materials Being responsible for providing top-quality deliverables to clients
• Analyzing the business needs of different clients and translating it to the right Anaplan blueprint
• Bridging the gap between IT and business using analytics and (intelligent) automation tools to assess processes, define requirements and provide data-driven recommendations
• Participating actively in a great and growing team delivering various projects end-to-end including technical implementation covering different use cases (finance and beyond)

About you

• You have a proactive approach and flexible attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability
• You hold a university degree in Business Administration , Economics or computer science and at least 2 years of work experience
• You have hands-on experience with Anaplan and potentially with other Enterprise Performance Management solutions, BI/analytics, Robotics or AI solutions (e.g. CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, Board, Workday Adaptive, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI,…).
• Anaplan certification (i.e. Model Builder L2) is considered a requirement
• You demonstrate working knowledge or relevant project experience in one of the following areas: accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• You have a true team spirit, and you are eager to work in a client-focused, quality-driven environment
• You demonstrate a willingness to take ownership (i.e. key project deliverables or day-to-day tasks in your current role)
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and either Dutch or French. Any other language is an asset
• Exposure to improvement initiatives related to finance processes, systems, organization, working capital, cash flow, cost reduction, etc. is an asset
• Consulting exposure is a plus but not a requirement
