PwC Advisory in Belgium is seeking a Manager to reinforce our Treasury and Risk Consulting Team. You will lead advisory engagements in cash and liquidity management, treasury technology transformation, and transaction support, with a focus on delivering value to clients across the PwC network.

The role requires 6–10 years of treasury or related experience, strong project management, and the ability to work in a team-spirit environment.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Consulting, Banking or with a System Vendor.
• Good understanding of our three core service offerings with in-depth technical knowledge of one of our three service offerings.
• Willingness to travel and work on international assignments.

Responsabilités

• Manage and drive the success of multiple engagements and projects with a continuous objective to improve the way of working and the quality delivered.

We are currently looking for an expert to reinforce our Treasury and Risk Consulting Team in Belgium, which acts as a Centre of Excellence in the global PwC network. We are looking for a qualified professional that has a solid experience and expertise in 1 or more of the following key areas:

• Cash & Liquidity Management


• Treasury Technology Transformation (Treasury Management Systems, Payment Factory Systems, Bank Connectivity/SWIFT, …)


• Treasury Transaction Support (M&A, divestitures, …)

Your impact

As a Manager , you’ll make an impact with the following responsibilities:

• Define strategies and offer advisory services on operations and process improvements to clients dealing with complex treasury issue


• Manage and drive the success of multiple engagements and projects with the continuous objective to improve the way of working as well as the quality delivered


• Manage and build upon your own network of connections and relationships as well as PwC’s existing network within the banking, corporate treasury and/or system vendor community to further develop the practice and contribute to the sales


• Mentor and coach junior staff on the job and in their career progression


• Lead and drive business development initiatives aimed at maintaining and growing PwC’s position in the treasury consulting market

About you

You have:

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Consulting, Banking or with a System Vendor


• Good understanding of our three core service offerings with in-depth technical knowledge of one of our three service offerings:


• Cash & Liquidity Management


• Treasury Technology Transformation (Treasury Systems, Payments, Bank Connectivity/SWIFT, …)


• Treasury Transaction Support (M&A, divestitures, …)


• Passionate about innovation in Finance & Treasury (AI, Blockchain, RPA, …) and a vision on the potential impact


• Strong project management andinterpersonal skills


• Strong commercial skills


• The ability to work in a team-spirit environment and to lead teams


• Fluency in English, with preferably good knowledge of Dutch and/or French


• Any other European language or an ACT certification (CertICM) is an asset


• You are willing to travel and to work on international assignments.
