Eurofins Scientific is seeking a specialist to develop and optimize RP-U(H)PLC and SEC-U(H)PLC methods for antigen content in drug substance samples. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to contribute to cutting-edge biopharmaceutical development.

The candidate will drive method development, performance studies, documentation, and technical transfer to enable routine developmental and QC use, with comprehensive reporting and training responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute RP-U(H)PLC and SEC-U(H)PLC methods, including column and mobile phase screening, gradient optimization, and sample preparation.
• Fine-tune chromatographic parameters to ensure antigen integrity, recovery, and accurate quantification.
• Draft comprehensive Method Development Reports (MDRs), protocols, and technical input documents.
• Generate raw data packages, summary reports, and interim progress presentations for project teams.
• Support initial routine testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer activities.
