Job summary

3D-ICT is seeking an Analyst Developer to design, develop and implement IT programs ensuring quality, performance, and usability across integrated systems. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with multiple domains to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role requires MuleSoft expertise, API-led connectivity, and experience with Salesforce integration, MUnit, and SQL. Dutch/French native with good English is preferred; Belgian context applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent through experience.
• First experience in a similar position.
• Expert in MuleSoft development and Anypoint Studio; integration analysis or architect experience required.
• Experience in preparing technical analyses.
• Knowledge of test methodology and MUnit.
• Experience with Salesforce integration (at least integration perspective).
• Knowledge of API-Led Connectivity and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience in making technical analyses and refining a canonical data model.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Analyst Developer is responsible for creating, testing and implementing IT programs and to guarantee the quality, user-friendliness and performance of the integrated systems. He/she plays a reference role in the development environment to deliver high-quality systems that meet the known and predefined standards within the agreed schedule.

Main responsibilities

• System Development

Writing, improving, and testing programs based on detailed analyses; carrying out integration, regression, and performance tests to check how the applications’ components work together and interact.

Translate the functional analysis into a technical analysis and provide documentation. Being capable of directly discussing with Business to capture their requirements and translate them into clear specifications for the development

Testing

Supporting the IT team in setting up an acceptance test environment and helping users run those tests; critically analyzing the results and making (or having) the necessary adjustments.

Implementation

Implement and follow up the coding standards (programs, parameterization, documentation, ...) taking into account interactions with other domains and after approval of the business; coordinate with other domains during development activities

Language

• Mother tongue Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other language
• Good knowledge of English is a must
