Job summary

JCW Group is seeking an AML & Financial Crime Compliance Officer in Brussels. The role supports the compliance team reporting to the Deputy MLRO. You will advise across the business on financial crime risk and contribute to policy and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities include KYC reviews, incident investigations, regulatory change analysis, and reporting to committees. A broad stakeholder network across the group will be involved.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of AML/CTF together with sanctions rules and typologies.
• Experience with KYC/CDD processes in a financial institution is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Advise Front Office and support teams on financial crime risk across clients, transactions, suppliers and hospitality
• Review customer risk at KYC onboarding and periodic review
• Investigate potential breaches and support reporting and remediation
• Assess the impact of new regulation and contribute to regulatory change projects
• Support financial crime risk assessments, policy writing and the compliance action plan
• Follow up on findings from regulators and internal and external auditors
• Help design and deliver AML/CTF training
• Prepare MI and reports for internal committees
