Axis Group is seeking an AML Administrative File Manager in Belgium to verify and validate AML files, ensuring accurate client data and compliant documentation. You’ll collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, and Legal teams to track files from receipt to final processing.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a bachelor’s degree, with AML/KYC knowledge considered a plus.

• Has excellent analytical skills and works meticulously.
• Has a keen eye for detail and a critical mindset.
• Is administratively skilled and can work in a structured manner.
• Communicates effectively with various stakeholders.
• Can work independently but also functions exceptionally well as part of a team.
• Has knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, which is considered a significant asset.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree.
• Has a good command of both Dutch and French, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Verify and validate AML files per AMLD4/AMLD5 guidelines.
• Critically analyze documents submitted through the Front Office.
• Track files from receipt to final processing ensuring compliance with procedures and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, and Legal using Teams and banking systems.
• Identify missing, unclear, or non-compliant information and follow up promptly.
• Contribute to data quality and reliability through careful processing and review.
• Ensure proper documentation and archival per regulations.
