MANPOWER is seeking an Allround Maintenance Technician for our client in Belgium. You will perform maintenance and repairs on production machines and install new equipment, while supporting production and logistics tasks on the shop floor.

As the role evolves, you may conduct on-site maintenance and repair work at customer locations, contributing to continuous site improvements and equipment reliability. A technical mindset and hands‑on attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a production or warehouse worker with a strong technical affinity.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in maintenance and installations.
• Ability to assist in production and provide logistics support.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repairs on machines in the production environment.
• Install and commission new machines and equipment.
• Assist in production of castings and support the production process.
• Carry out various warehouse tasks such as order picking, inventory management and logistics support.
• In the long term, perform maintenance and repair work on location at customer sites.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties aan machines binnen onze productieomgeving.
• Installeren en inbedrijfstellen van nieuwe machines en apparatuur.
• Assisteren bij de productie van gietstukken en het ondersteunen van het productieproces.
• Verrichten van diverse magazijnwerkzaamheden, zoals orderpicking, voorraadbeheer en logistieke ondersteuning.
• Op termijn: uitvoeren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden op locatie bij klanten.
