INTELECT in Belgium seeks a polyvalent administrative professional to bring structure and critical thinking to the organisation. You will start with a key project to learn and document core back-office functions, then act as a flexible office backup and internal all-rounder across departments.

You will map processes, write clear manuals, and contribute to continuous improvement. You will engage with colleagues to understand daily operations, ensure continuity, and support operational efficiency

• Map workflows and procedures clearly

• Serve as back-up for colleagues during sickness or absence
• Support colleagues where needed and adapt as required
• Think critically about existing processes and identify efficiency improvements
