Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar Sales/Commercial Management role in the hotel industry.
  • Experience in an airport hotel or international hotel chain is a strong advantage.

  • Drive commercial performance for the hotel and its restaurants.
  • Define and implement revenue strategies across all segments.
  • Collaborate with GM and Revenue Management for optimal yield.
  • Hunt and acquire new business by being hands-on in sales.
  • Track and analyze sales results to inform strategy.
