TUI Group is seeking an Asset Lifecycle Engineer to optimise lifecycle costs for our global aircraft fleet. You will manage day-to-day asset lifecycle activities and drive continuous improvement across asset performance, value and cost.

You will review maintenance, coordinate warranty claims with suppliers and OEMs, and maintain a single source of truth for aircraft assets and leases. Strong English communication and international travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mentality with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and build networks.
• Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Bachelor level degree; analytical thinker who can absorb information quickly.
• Business English fluency, both spoken and written, is essential.

Responsabilités

• Review maintenance activities on airframes, landing gears and engines to identify warranty claims.
• Negotiate commercial support with suppliers and OEMs.
• Organise warranty claims via OEM portals and track across E&M departments.
• Maintain Aircraft Asset information database as a single source of truth for assets.
• Administer aircraft lease agreements in the Contract Management System.
• Map and continuously improve administrative and operational processes.
• Monitor lifecycle milestones and ensure complete asset lifecycle data for utilisation.
