You will craft prompt architectures, agentic flows, and evaluate learning outcomes at scale. This role focuses on delivering effective, safe AI-powered learning experiences for users worldwide.

You will work with educators, content creators, and product teams to translate pedagogical goals into solid technical solutions, while embracing experimentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years building complex LLM-based systems and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing agentic workflows.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD.
• Ability to translate pedagogical goals into system behavior.
• Willingness to learn and explore in ambiguous problems.
• Clear communication and collaboration in small teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and evolve the core AI tutoring system with prompts and real-time behaviors.
• Run rigorous experimentation and evaluation with custom metrics.
• Design scalable software integrating AI with platform systems and UX.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with educators, content creators, and product teams.
• Prototype and productionize novel model interactions leveraging new research.
• Ensure quality, safety, and observability with guardrails and tests.
• Share knowledge and elevate teammates.
