YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, contract-based engagement. You will assess AI-generated designs, provide detailed feedback, and help improve creative workflows.

The role requires at least 2 years in graphic design, video editing, or related fields, with strong English communication and proficiency in required tools. Responsibilities include evaluating visuals for quality and realism, annotating content, and ensuring outputs meet project criteria within

Qualifications

Requires 2+ years of professional creative experience.
Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools.
Experience in AI human-data work or data evaluation preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).
Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

Perform structured creative tasks using industry tools (Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom).
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI outputs.
Document observations and suggest workflow improvements.
Assess composition, typography, layout, and user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work on time.
