Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups within a structured fellowship. You will be employed by EWOR and receive a salary while you build your company, with the option of up to €500k in funding.

You will have weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a top-tier founder community, and a vast professional network to help recruit and scale. The program aims to help build a multi-million euro funded, market-ready venture.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for own startup and scale to €100M+ revenues.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as AI Research Lab.
• Engage in extensive personal development crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive networked hiring support and best-practice coaching.
• Iterate product with EWOR until product-market-fit is reached and build a sales/marketing engine.
