Rollo is seeking a technically skilled AI Solutions Architect to lead innovative AI projects from inception to delivery. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, translate them into actionable plans, and guide the engineering team through agile execution.

Excellent English communication, strong expertise in AI/ML, data pipelines, and full-stack development are required. Flexible hours and remote work options are offered as part of a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with agile methodologies.
• Exceptional team player and communicator managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking.
• Accountability for team goals and deliverables.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch a plus.
• Master's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Applied Economics.
• Familiarity with data science lifecycle, AI/ML and data-driven apps.
• Able to explain AI terms like deep learning, backpropagation, training, inference.
• Results-oriented with adaptability to evolving projects.
• Technical experience with Python backends (FastAPI, Django), frontends (React, Vue.js), ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate those into actionable plans, and guide your engineering team through agile execution. • Collaborate with clients to identify and refine requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Develop and maintain code related to AI models, data pipelines and platform integrations.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with agile methodologies.
• Exceptional team player & communicator with the ability to manage various stakeholders effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Jira (or equivalent) for project tracking and management.
• Ability to hold team members accountable for goals, and take responsibility for the work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• A master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business Engineering, Applied Economics).
• Familiarity with the data science lifecycle, AI, ML and data driven applications.
• You can explain key AI terminology like deep learning, back propagation, training, inference, etc.
• Results-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt as projects evolve.
• Technical experience with backend development (e.g., Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Django), frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js), and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

Nice-to-haves

• Proven track record of managing software (and/or machine learning) projects successfully.
• Experience with Agentic frameworks and concepts: e.g., MCP, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts and environments: virtualization (containers, VM).
• Experience in a company similar to Rollo.
