NAAMII’s AI & Society Governance Lab offers a part-time internship at the intersection of AI policy, governance and ethics in Nepal. You will support a national AI governance gap analysis under direct supervision, gaining exposure to UNESCO and OECD frameworks and building a solid foundation in digital policy research.

The role offers hands-on policy research experience, with mentorship and opportunities to contribute to policy reports and publications in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, public policy, international relations, development studies, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in AI governance, digital policy, or technology ethics.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex policy and technical information.
• Familiarity with Nepal’s policy or governance landscape is an advantage.

Responsabilités
