NAAMII is seeking AI Foundation Trainers to empower the workforce with AI fundamentals, data handling and responsible AI. Trainers will contribute to curriculum design, practical delivery and continuous improvement of a learning pathway, enabling learners to understand concepts, work with data and code, and progress to applied AI roles.

Roles involve field-based assignments across partner colleges and universities in Nepal, with a base at NAAMII, Kupondole.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/DS/SE/math/stats/education tech or related field.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data handling, ML concepts and responsible AI, with ability to explain clearly.

Responsabilités

• Shape the AI Foundation Learning Experience.
• Design, review and improve AI Foundation curriculum, modules, exercises and assessments.
• Translate core concepts in programming, data, ML and responsible AI into engaging learning experiences.
• Use learner performance and feedback to keep the pathway relevant and rigorous.
• Move learning beyond lectures toward hands-on coding and project-based learning.
• Guide learners to connect concepts with real challenges from education, research, and industry.
• Create an environment where learners test ideas, debug, reflect and build confidence.
