Aikido-Security in Gent, Belgium is seeking an AI Model Engineer to join our AI Pentest team. You will evaluate newly released open-source models and adapt the best ones for Aikido’s code auditing and pentesting workflows.

You will fine-tune, benchmark, and optimize models across a multi-GPU infrastructure, collaborating with AI engineers and security researchers to deliver production-ready improvements. Expect a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with real impact on security tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and PyTorch skills.
• Experience fine-tuning or adapting open-source LLMs.
• Experience with Hugging Face and inference systems such as vLLM.
• Strong experimental and engineering skills.
• Self-starter who works well without rigid structure.
• Experience with security agents, CUDA/Triton, MoE models, distillation, quantization, or REAP.

Responsabilités

• Scout and evaluate new open-source AI models.
• Fine-tune, distill, quantize, or prune models for Aikido’s security agents.
• Build benchmarks that measure vulnerability discovery, accuracy, tool use, speed, and cost.
• Optimize and deploy models on our multi-GPU infrastructure.
• Work with AI engineers and security researchers to bring validated improvements into production.
