Aikido Security is seeking a Security Researcher to join our AI Pentest team in Belgium. You will uncover vulnerabilities in open source software, build proofs of concepts, and turn findings into technical blogs, conference talks, and open source contributions.

You'll collaborate with engineers to identify gaps, push the boundaries of offensive AI security, and share insights publicly while enjoying flexible working hours and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Solid background in web application security research.
• Experience publishing blog posts and giving conference talks.
• Basic engineering skills focused on tool development.
• Social media presence on X and LinkedIn.
• Nice to have: experience with AI workflows and agentic architectures.

Responsabilités

• Discover and investigate vulnerabilities in open source software using our AI Code Analysis and AI Pentest tools.
• Write technical blog posts and create proofs-of-concept about the findings.
• Help engineering identify gaps in the product by digging deeper than the results and identifying failure modes.
• Generate public visibility through social media posts, blog posts, research publications, and conference talks.
