Cisco is seeking a Systems Engineer – AI & Connectivity Specialist to lead AI infrastructure engagements across the Benelux, Nordics, and Poland. You will guide customers from ideation to full-scale deployment, aligning Cisco’s AI stack with partners and ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

You will partner with AI Account Executives, design POV projects, and influence roadmaps while engaging with executives and technical teams to deliver concrete business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or solution architecture within AI, data center, or cloud infrastructure vendors.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security frameworks, and API-driven automation.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of articulating complex concepts to executives and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in driving technical sales engagements and managing complex deal cycles.

Responsabilités

• Drive End-to-End Solution Outcomes: lead customers from initial AI use case ideation through full-scale implementation.
• Strategic Ecosystem Alignment: align Cisco’s AI stack with key ISV and industry partners for end-to-end solutions.
• Solution Design & Infrastructure Leadership: architect robust, scalable, secure environments for AI workloads.
• Proof of Value (POV) Execution: design and drive POV projects validating performance and business outcomes.
• Strategic Feedback & Thought Leadership: influence product roadmap and represent Cisco at industry events.
