Conveo.ai is designing the AI-powered infrastructure for continuous consumer understanding. You will own internal tools across the stack, from UI in Slack/React to API design and cloud infra, shipping AI-enhanced capabilities end-to-end.

You’ll shape product direction with hands-on engineering leadership in a small, fast-paced team. You’ll work closely with sales, CS, and recruitment to turn customer problems into scalable solutions, building production apps with TypeScript and Node.js while

Qualifications

• 5+ years building applications or tooling that automate human workflows.
• Experience across the full stack: API design, databases, async workflows, and UX.
• Hands-on AI tooling: prompt engineering, LLM APIs, AI-centric products.
• Strong client-facing experience translating problems into adoptable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end features from user problem to code shipped.
• Build internal tools using Slack/React and TypeScript and maintain platforms on AWS/GCP.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, and recruitment teams to shape product direction.
• Provide weekly input and translate feedback into scoped development decisions.
