Bluecrux is seeking an AI Engineer to build AI applications, agents and integrations for clients and internal teams. You will develop reliable Python services, APIs, connectors and tool-calling integrations, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

At medior level, you’ll own defined solutions with support from experienced colleagues. At senior level, you’ll lead end-to-end solutions, make architecture decisions and guide others.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of relevant experience; five+ years for senior level.
• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience delivering applications using generative AI or AI agents.

About the role

At Bluecrux, we turn AI ideas into solutions people can actually use. As an AI Engineer, you will build AI applications, agents and integrations for our internal teams and clients.

We welcome both medior and senior candidates. Your responsibilities will match your experience.

You will:

• Build and deploy LLM applications, AI agents and automations.
• Develop reliable Python services, APIs, connectors and tool-calling integrations.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Build reusable AI components and delivery accelerators.
• Design prompts, tests and evaluations to improve quality, security and reliability.
• Work with consultants, architects, product and delivery teams, and clients.

At medior level, you will own defined solutions with support from experienced colleagues.

At senior level, you will lead solutions end to end, make architecture decisions and guide colleagues and clients.

This is a hands-on engineering role for people who want to build and deliver, not a research or data science position.

About you

We would like to meet you if:

• You have at least two years of relevant experience; senior candidates typically bring five or more.
• You have strong hands-on Python development experience.
• You have built and delivered applications using generative AI, LLMs or AI agents.
• You have experience with APIs, integrations and tool calling.
• You understand AI testing, security, privacy and maintainability.
• You have Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Key Vault.
• You can translate business needs into technical solutions and explain your decisions clearly.
• You are fluent in English.
• You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model.
• You have a valid driver’s license, or you will obtain this in the next 6 months.
• You hold a relevant master’s degree or have equivalent practical experience.
• You learn quickly, take initiative and connect with our values: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast and be kind!

Experience in consulting, a software product company or a technology scale-up is a plus. Knowledge of supply chains, cloud platforms, LLMOps or the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is useful but not required.
