Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into structured requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with AI-assisted requirements analysis and test generation (Claude).
• Ability to validate AI outputs with business and technical stakeholders.
• Manual sanity testing, bug triage, and test documentation.
• Familiarity with fraud-related payments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze functional needs and define structured requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Orchestrate AI agents to support requirements analysis, test design, data prep, defect analysis, and docs.
• Validate AI-generated requirements and test scenarios with business and tech stakeholders.
• Perform manual sanity tests and ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to tests and defects.
• Triage bugs and use AI-assisted analysis to identify patterns, impact, and root causes.
• Maintain test evidence, coverage, and reporting for auditability.
• Collaborate with development on validation strategy, readiness, and release quality.
