Teamleader is a Ghent-based SaaS scale-up, part of Visma since 2022, seeking an AI Community & Project Manager to raise the AI floor across five brands. You will run hands-on, role-based AI-acceleration workshops and build an enablement system from scratch, delivering 20+ tailored sessions in early months.

You’ll coach AI champions, prioritise automation backlogs, and create scalable content such as use-case libraries and data-security guidelines for teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• Experience designing and delivering AI workshops is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and run hands-on, role-based AI-acceleration workshops for sales, CS, finance, marketing, and support.
• Coach and guide AI champions and lab leads to maintain momentum.
• Prepare and prioritise solutions for the Automation team.
