Devoteam Creative Tech Belgium is seeking a Cloud-Native Software / Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of cloud-native architectures for clients. This AI-augmented role expects you to integrate AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and drive innovation across the SDLC.

You will mentor development teams, translate business goals into technical roadmaps, and collaborate with clients to optimize cloud adoption in a hybrid/multi-cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural styles (microservices, event-driven).
• Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
• Security concepts, compliance standards, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor teams.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Design and lead the architectural strategy for cloud-native applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Drive application modernization, migrating legacy systems to microservices, serverless, or containerized architectures.
• Design back-end architectures using modern cloud services and patterns (event-driven, CQRS, DDD).
• Champion DevOps/DevSecOps, automate CI/CD pipelines, and promote infrastructure-as-code.
• Leverage AI-assisted software engineering tools to optimize the SDLC and boost productivity.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into cloud-native solutions including LLM-powered features and RAG.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and advise on cloud adoption and AI integration.
• Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and QA processes; mentor teams and communicate with stakeholders.
