XenomatiX is seeking an AI and Vision Software Engineer to develop AI and vision-based applications for next-generation solid-state sensors. You will research algorithms, design features, and implement robust software in Python and C++ for industrial sensing tasks.

With a strong focus on computer vision, image and signal processing, you will contribute to software that enables ADAS or inspection use cases, while collaborating across a dynamic R&D team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software, computer or mathematical science.
• Passion for Computer Vision, Image and Signal processing, Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Experience writing software using Python and C++, demonstrating proficiency in both languages.
• Experience with software architectures and designs to build scalable, maintainable node-based software.
• Strong mathematical background, particularly in linear algebra and geometry; experience with computer vision and/or 3D technology.
• Research mindset and joy in solving complex AI or 3D challenges.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and in a team-oriented environment.

AI and Vision Software Engineer – Python and C++

Developing 3D vision together

As a member of our R&D team, you will be working on the software to run advanced AI and vision based applications on our next-generation solid-state, laser-based sensors for industrial applications, ADAS or AD use cases, road scanning and inspection. You will be part of the team that is developing the next generation application for XenomatiX solid state sensors

Being an experienced AI and vision Engineer, you will research new algorithms or improve existing ones, specify designs, develop, and verify implementations. You will be involved in software development activities to bring new features to the market.

• You have a technical university degree, preferably in software, computer or mathematical science.
• You are passionate about Computer Vision, Image and Signal processing, Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning
• You have experience in writing software using Python and C++, demonstrating proficiency in both programming languages.
• Having experience with software architectures and designs is a plus in order to build scalable, node based software which is efficient to maintain, test and roll‑out.
• A strong mathematical background, particularly in linear algebra and geometry, experience with computer vision and/or 3D technology.
• You have a research mindset and find joy in solving complex AI or 3D challenges.
• You are flexible and can handle different projects in parallel.
• You can work in an independent way, while having the spirit of a team player.
• You are passionate about your professional career and your technical skills
