Editx in Leuven, Belgium, is seeking an AI security engineer to own the full AI agent lifecycle from identification and design through deployment and continuous improvement.

You will build and maintain AI agents that support security operations, translate complex cybersecurity challenges into production-ready AI solutions, and collaborate with analysts and engineers to validate outcomes and drive tool adoption.

• Manage the full AI agent lifecycle from initial identification and design through to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain AI agents that support concrete security operations use cases such as threat intelligence gathering and enrichment.
• Identify emerging opportunities where AI can create measurable value and validate these ideas through structured experimentation.
• Translate complex cybersecurity and security operations challenges into practical, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with security analysts and engineers to refine requirements, validate outcomes, and support the adoption of new tools.
• Establish sustainable handover processes and technical documentation to enable long-term operational support by the security team.
