AGO JOBS & HR is recruiting process operators for a newspaper paper production facility in Ghent, Belgium. You will ensure proper unwinding of rolls, monitor rounds in the department, and assist quickly during line stoppages. A strong emphasis on safety and collaboration with colleagues will be essential.

Reporting to the lead operator, you will contribute to smooth operations and continuous improvement on the production line in a site-based role.

Responsabilités

• Unwind and ensure unwinding of paper rolls produces good rolls and sends them to the packaging line.
• Carry out the prescribed rounds on your department.
• Actively assist during stoppages to keep them short and efficient.
• Be available to support the rest of the line during breaks or jams.
• Safety is a top priority; help minimize risk of accidents.
• Share information, knowledge, and skills with colleagues.
• Report to the lead operator (foreman).

Description du poste

Binnen onze papierproductie zijn we op zoek naar procesoperatoren:

• Het foutloos opwikkelen van de papierrollen, ervoor zorgen dat er goede rollen worden geproduceerd en deze doorsturen naar de inpakmachine.
• Het uitvoeren van de vooropgestelde rondgangen in jouw afdeling.
• Actief meewerken bij stilstanden zodat deze zo kort en efficiënt mogelijk kunnen verlopen.
• Beschikbaar zijn voor de rest van de lijn indien er behoefte is bij breuken en/of stilstanden.
• Veiligheid is topprioriteit: je zorgt er mee voor dat de risico's op ongevallen tot een minimum beperkt worden.
• Delen van informatie, kennis en kunde met de collega's.
• Rapporteren aan de meestergast.
