Chery Belux is seeking an After Sales Quality Specialist to oversee QA processes within the after-sales department, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

You will collect and analyze quality data from OEMs and clients, coordinate recalls, lead quality improvements and supervise launches, and work with R&D, procurement, warehousing, engineering and logistics to drive continual improvement.

Fluent English required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (science or engineering).
• At least 2 years of quality management experience in automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of automotive after-sales service management and quality manuals.
• Proficiency with DOE, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze quality performance data from OEMs/clients, including claims and recalls.
• Conduct pre-analysis and escalation of critical quality issues to HQ.
• Lead QA during new product launches and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify and implement quality improvements using after-sales big data.
