SABCA Limburg in Lummen seeks a machine operator for its Cleanroom to join our high-tech aerospace manufacturing team and work in two shifts. Responsibilities include preparing molds, setting up machines for parts (G650, F6X…), mounting rolls, laminating parts, quality checks, and documenting procedures.

Requirements: A2/A3 technical education, knowledge of NC programs, safety and quality focus, report problems promptly, Dutch and English (technical); forklift and crane certificates or

Qualifications

• A2/A3 technical education required.
• Knowledge of NC programs.
• Dutch and English (technical) required.

Responsabilités

• Preparing molds: placing and positioning film.
• Setting up the machine for each part (G650, F6X…).
• Mounting and adjusting rolls.
• Laminating parts according to procedures.
• Performing quality checks and documenting procedures.
• Moving molds/tools with a crane or forklift.
• Using tracking systems for logging materials and orders.
• Adhering to EN9100 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards.
