Sabca in Brussels is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to industrialize products and implement the corresponding processes. You will participate in new product development, define production means, select manufacturing processes, and validate engineering plans for optimal industrialization.

You will implement manufacturing processes (SAP routings, technical documentation, control sheets, tooling requirements) and study workstation layouts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or aerospace field.
• 3–5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (3D printing, composites).

Responsabilités

• Participate in new product development and make industrialization choices.
• Validate engineering plans for optimal industrialization.
• Implement manufacturing processes (SAP routings, docs, tooling).
• Study and improve workstations, layout, and safety conditions.
• Optimize production for series and validate times; manage transfers if needed.
• Contribute to PFMEA and propose equipment and process improvements.
• Analyze changes in customer demands and impacts on processes.
• Support cost reduction and variation control through SPC.
