ASCO Belgium is seeking a Customer Project Manager to drive complex aerospace projects from scope definition through to production transfer. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, operations and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence in a high-tech environment.

Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required, with at least 3 years in a related role. The position offers a competitive salary package and a company car in a dynamic, international setting.

Responsabilités

• Define and approve project scope including timing and budget RC/NRC.
• Define Work Breakdown Structure for the project.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure production processes are stable and reliable.
• Be central contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Align departments with project objectives.
• Report status and progress with metrics.
• Manage budget, timing, lead times, and technical solutions.
• Propose improvements to achieve EBIT, lead time and WIP goals.
