Job summary

Mycompas in Belgium seeks a Liaison Specialist to support NATO-related projects, ensuring alignment with policies, program goals, and priorities while engaging internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead data source discovery, share NATO POCs for sites to be surveyed, and facilitate site survey kick-offs, contributing to successful delivery within a military/government context.

Qualifications

• NATO STANAG 6001 English proficiency (Level 3 or higher).
• Ability to plan and execute assigned project tasks considering policies, programme goals and priorities.
• Deep understanding of the organization's projects to communicate key messages and foster stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leading Data Source Discovery by engaging with ~155 internal Data Source owners.
• Sharing NATO Points of Contact (POCs) per Site Location Office for sites to be surveyed.
• Facilitating Site Survey Kick-offs.

Job description

• Language proficiency in English: meet or exceed the NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3 "Professional Proficiency";
• Ability to plan and execute assigned project tasks taking into account policies, programme goals, and priorities, funding and other planning constraints;
• Deep understanding of the organization's projects and priorities to effectively communicate key messages and foster positive relationships with stakeholders .
• Experience in working for or supporting a military or governmental organization ;
• Knowledge of NATO Communication and Information Systems Infrastructure .

Duties/role:

• Leading Data Source Discovery activities by engaging with approximately 155 internal Data Source (DS) owners ;
• Sharing NATO Points of Contact (POCs), per SLO, for sites to be surveyed ;
• Facilitating Site Survey Kick-offs.
