Job summary

Polytek in Belgium (Tienen and Beringen) is seeking a Piping Designer to translate complex requirements into accurate 3D piping models and deliverables, from measurements to construction documents and on-site support.

You will collaborate with Project Engineers, BIM Modelers and clients to ensure technically sound designs, timely delivery and clear documentation, while maintaining high quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent.
• Strong technical mindset with interest in piping and industrial installations.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop technical 3D piping models using professional software.
• Perform and process measurements for projects.
• Create, verify and finalise technical project deliverables.
• Prepare construction drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate and submit documentation to engineers, managers and clients.
• Present designs and process feedback from stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates.
• Provide on-site technical support during construction.
