Inchcape Shipping Services is seeking an Agency Operator in Antwerp, Belgium. The role involves 24/7 rostered on-call support to ensure smooth vessel turnarounds, coordinating port calls and essential services, and maintaining accurate documentation and updates for Principals.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Port Operations, experience with CRM systems, and strong communication skills. A permanent contract with on-site work is offered, along with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Port Operations and Port Agency.
• Experience with a CRM system and standard processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate port agency and husbandry appointments from nomination through to completion.
• Liaise with vessels, port authorities, terminals, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure efficient vessel movements.
• Manage pre-arrival documentation, port formalities, customs clearances and cargo docs.
• Arrange essential port services including pilotage, towage, lines, surveys and inspections.
• Provide timely updates to Principals and manage arrival/departure information and costs.
