Click is a talent-first media and ventures studio. We’re seeking a creative Video Editor to join The Boys YouTube team and edit long-form content watched by millions, working directly with creators to shape videos for publishing.

This role goes beyond execution—contribute ideas that influence formats and growth. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required; After Effects is a plus for enhanced editing and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing experience.
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills; After Effects bonus.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and color.
• Familiarity with YouTube trends and metrics.
• Able to take direction and work with creators.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos (multi-cam, multi-audio).
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
• Craft engaging, high-retention edits (pacing, storytelling, sound design).
• Cut, trim, add graphics, titles, transitions, sound effects, music.
• Collaborate with The Boys and production team on content.
• Contribute ideas and help evolve formats.
• Keep pace with the latest YouTube trends to boost engagement.
