Job summary

Beenleigh State High School is seeking a dedicated role to provide individual support, case management and referrals to services to help at-risk students overcome barriers and maximise engagement in education and training.

You will work to identify barriers to learning, coordinate appropriate supports, and implement programs addressing social and emotional wellbeing to foster resilience and positive student outcomes.
