APM Employment Services in Hornsby, NSW is seeking a Youth Support Worker to guide participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes. You will deliver case management, build relationships with stakeholders and actively market clients for opportunities.

The role emphasizes KPIs, teamwork, and a supportive environment with career development opportunities and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Competenze

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Willingness to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm).
• Experience in Youth/Family or Employment Services is advantageous.
